This policy explains what personal data Wild Robotics collects on wildrobotics.ai, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
Wild Robotics SAS ("we", "us") operates wildrobotics.ai and is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Questions: [email protected].
2. What we collect and why
- Information you submit through our forms (name, work email, phone, and any optional details you choose to share) — used to reply to your inquiry and assess fit. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Anti-abuse signals processed to block automated submissions, including your IP address (not stored by us). Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics — only if you accept: aggregated information about your visit such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Cookies
We use a small cookie to remember your consent choice (strictly necessary). If you accept analytics, additional cookies are set by Google Analytics to measure site usage. We do not use advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers needed to run the site:
- Google — analytics, only if you accept. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Cloudflare — bot protection and content delivery.
- Our hosting provider — application and database hosting.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep your data
- Form submissions: up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless we have an active commercial relationship.
- Analytics data: 14 months at the event level; aggregated reports may be kept longer.
- Consent cookie: 6 months, renewed each time you change your choice.
6. Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, to receive it in a portable format, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Your choices about analytics
On your first visit we ask whether you want to accept analytics. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the consent cookie in your browser to see the banner again, or by emailing us to request deletion of your analytics data.
8. International transfers
If you accept analytics, data may be transferred to the United States. These transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
9. Children
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted data and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you on the site.
